The Valkyrie receives a distress call from inside a nebula that never had the interior explored. Once there, the ship enters a dampening field, endangering the ship. Several unorthodox procedures are needed to try and save the ship.

Shuttlecraft Anderson attempts to stop the Valkyrie from burning up in the atmosphere of a planet.Lt. Swanson is out of control and about to crash onto the surface of a planet in the Tolic Nebula. He doesn’t know if his plan to save the ship worked out or not.The reactors on the planet explode just as the Valkyrie escapes, using an emergency restart of its warp engines.
